PLEASE NOTE:There is a charge of $60.00 per room per night for double queen accommodations at Encore for weekday; and $80.00 per room per night for weekends. Upon Availability.

Each additional person over double occupancy is $50.00 per night. Group rates will be subject to the prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38%

 
Group room rates may be available three (3) days prior and after meeting, subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. 
 

Check-In/Out:Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 12:00 PM.


Tax applies to both the room rate and resort fee:13.38%.


Resort fee:$55.00 plus 13.38% tax.

Parking:
Gated Self-Parking Hotel Guests: Free.
Gated Self-Parking Non-Hotel Guests: First 3 hours are free; $20 per night.
Valet Parking: $40, Per night.

 

DEPOSIT POLICY:Credit cards will be charged first night room and tax charges at time of reservation.


CANCELLATION POLICY:Refunds will be issued on individual attendee’s reservations cancelled up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

A “No Show” reservation occurs when a guest or reservation fails to check-in by 8:00am the day after the scheduled date of arrival. In these cases, the deposit guarantee would be forfeited, and the remainder of the guest’s reservation would be void. No Shows can be reinstated, and original length of stay honored based upon availability. In a case where a guest arrives after the original reserved date, they would still be responsible for paying the full rate for the night of the No Show.
 
An early departure fee will be incurred if notice is not received prior to or at check-in.  Guests are considered “checked-in” once the registration card is signed. The early departure fee will one (1) full night room and tax at the original booked rate.
