This course is designed to provide a review of musculoskeletal imaging and neuroradiology, focusing on shoulder, ankle, feet, hips, and knees as well as the brain. It includes a practical review of musculoskeletal and brain imaging and leads into more advanced imaging techniques used to diagnose and manage patients with musculoskeletal and neurological brain disorders. Emphasis in the brain is placed on the role of imaging in stroke, hemorrhage, epilepsy, dementia and brain tumors. Discussions will include imaging pearls and tips on how to avoid pitfalls. The informal, intimate environment is designed to allow ample opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion with the faculty.

The purpose of this program is to improve diagnostic skills in musculoskeletal MRI and brain imaging and expand clinical knowledge of conditions affecting these areas of the musculoskeletal system and brain.

This program is designed for practicing radiologists, orthopedic or neurosurgeons, pain medicine, and sports medicine practitioners who interpret or rely on imaging studies for the evaluation of joint or brain disorders. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!
As of January 8, 2025, the United Kingdom (UK) began requiring most travelers, including those from the United States, Canada and Australia, to hold a valid Electronic Travel Authorization, or ETA, prior to entering the country. These new requirements apply to all those entering the UK by land, air and sea. All visitors, regardless of age, will require an ETA in order to be able to enter the country. Applications can be submitted in advance by paying the required fee, online at GOV.UK or through the UK ETA app, available on the Apple App store and Google Play. Please note it can take up to three business days for applications made online or via the apps to be approved. Once approved and issued, these ETA's last for two years or until the expiration of the passport, whichever comes first.
