Navigating Chest Imaging: A Comprehensive Review with Cases

This course provides a practical and clinically focused review of thoracic radiology. Topics will comprehensively cover radiographic and CT findings of thoracic disease. The various sessions will review thoracic malignancies, including updates to lung cancer screening, and the evaluation of diffuse lung disease, including updated classifications. Attendees will have ample opportunity to test their knowledge during comprehensive case review sessions. The casual atmosphere allows sufficient time for personal interaction throughout the program.

This course is designed to educate those who order, perform, and interpret clinical thoracic imaging studies. It should be particularly valuable for radiologists and pulmonologists who interpret and utilize imaging studies.

Attendees should, at the completion of this course, be able to:

• Improve the identification and evaluation of thoracic malignancies.
• Characterize and classify studies performed for lung cancer screening.
• Improve diagnostic approach to diffuse lung disease seen on radiographs and CT.
• Understand imaging features of the latest classification of interstitial lung disease.
• Reduce errors by improving search patterns.
