  • Utilize strict and well-defined criteria in the evaluation and diagnosis of thyroid follicular lesions.
  • Discuss the newer aspects of molecular alterations in thyroid neoplasms.
  • Render a diagnosis based on pattern recognition of thyroid FNAB specimens and formulate a broad differential diagnosis.
  • Describe the basic technique and pitfall avoidance of fine needle aspiration thyroid biopsy performance.
