- In order to obtain CME credit each meeting registrant must have and be registered under their own account.
- Credit(s) for this activity will be available to virtual participants as long as sessions are viewed in real time (i.e., viewing recorded sessions at a later date/time does not qualify for credit).

Resort Fee and Tax:
CoralTree Residence Collection Vail properties charge a 6% Resort Fee, non-commissionable and taxable at 12.8%. Total Taxes and Fees will be equal to 19.57%. The only exception is the Villas at Snowmass Club which charges a 15% resort fee, non-commissionable and taxable at 12.8%. Total Taxes and Fees will be equal to 29.72%.
Cut-off:
Discounted room rates will be honored up to 60 days prior to date of arrival based on availability.
Deposit / Cancellation Policy:
(1) night non-refundable lodging deposit due upon booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservations are cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival date an initial deposit will be charged. If reservations are cancelled 30 days or closer to arrival, the charges are non-refundable.
